Nice property in the heart of the Desert Color community. Walking distance to the pool and Lagoon. The neighbors were a bit noisy at night and could be heard through the walls. The condo is nice with on suite bathrooms in two of the rooms, a 3rd room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds on the 3rd floor. Kitchen was solid, took a minute to figure out the range. We cooked burgers on them roof-top Traeger grill at night with the fire pit coffee table fired up. Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in St. George.

This can’t be Utah!

I was blown away by Desert Color! When we first arrived we explored the condo and it was even better than the pictures! It was huge! I loved that we all had our own space! I was able to take the main bedroom, the teens took the second floor, and the younger kids took the 3rd floor with all the bunk beds. We wanted to go on a girls trip while my husband was hunting in Africa. Everything was so nice and so cute and so clean! Then we explored the Lagoon area and we were dying over it! I literally said “This can’t be Utah!” We live up north where it is a lot colder and to walk into the Lagoon area, it felt like we were away in Mexico. It was absolutely beautiful with the sand and palm trees! The Shores Resort is super nice and we loved going on the roof top to lay out and get tan! The kids had so much fun running around from the pool to the Lagoon and to the hot tub. The ice cream truck came around each day! We had such a blast!! We are definitely coming back again and again! Summit Athletic Club was only about a 10 min drive away. In fact, food and shopping were all about a 10 min drive! I thought that would be annoying but it wasn’t! We stocked the freezer with creamies and ice cream and they also had a cute hokulia shaved ice stand right there on the beach. It was kind of annoying to have just one key between the 9 of us! Anytime someone needed to be let in the gate, we had to run down to meet them. I love that this condo had pool floaties and sand toys. My kids had a lot of fun using them. I’m super picky when it comes to beds and pillows and I was super happy with both! They had plenty of bath and beach towels! There’s so much room and the furniture and everything was so cute and nice! We had everything we needed in the kitchen too. This is the best place to stay in St George!! It was just all so incredible!!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! The layout was great giving everyone their privacy but offers great common space where we can all gather. The resort and amenities were awesome! 5 stars - we’ll definitely be going back!

Amazing Adventure

This unit was beautiful, plenty of room to enjoy yourself. It was a perfect location, short walk to the lagoon. The lagoon was amazingly breathtaking. We will be back very soon to enjoy it all over again.

Awesome Place

It was incredible. Neighborhood was incredible. Parking was a little ways away and there was no where to pull up to unload/load and the big pool was a walk away. Grass area and hot pool in awesome location to the rental.

Great Property

The home was close to the pool and was decorated nicely and very clean. We loved that the two master bedrooms had bathrooms attached . The seating areas were also nice. The downstairs couch was not very comfortable but other than that it was great!
