Went to St George with friends and this unit provided the perfect location and all the amenities we could need or want. We enjoyed the big spacious kitchen, beds for all of us, sitting on the patio enjoying the pool and hot tub etc.
First, the good. The units looked good. They were both very clean. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The location is great. The pool and hot tub were fun. The beds were comfortable. We had enough room for our group of 19. We loved having enough parking right outside the door, and it was great to have enough bathrooms. We had a few challenges. The units were very cold when we arrived and it took a while to figure out the furnace controls and then for the furnaces to warm the units up. The heating units on the roof were loud and sounded like the spin cycle on a washing machine in the upstairs bedrooms throughout the night. In unit 2, after the unit warmed up, we set all the thermostats to 66 degrees and the upstairs was still pretty hot. The fridge in unit 1 was too cold, even though it was on the warmest setting. It froze our produce, eggs, and beverages. The faucet in unit 1 was stuck on "spray" and took a little fiddling to get that resolved. The doorknob on the upstairs bunk room fell off. The hosts were a little hard to contact, but maybe it was because it was New Year's day. It would be nice to have a few more options in the kitchen: a pitcher and a larger serving bowl in the kitchen, for example, and a few more kid-friendly dishes.
We had a great time using these units and they fit all of us very comfortably.
On a private note (I'm not sure who reads this). I'm the owner of a local pest control company called Nature's Gate Pest Control. Not knowing the locations of all of the properties you manage and assuming that some may have community pest control provided by the HOA's, I would be happy to talk to you about providing services for your company and properties. Finding an insect or rodent in one of your properties, as you know, would be very detrimental to your property reviews. I can provide ongoing preventive services and/or emergency quick response services as well. You can contact me on my cell if there is interest and a need. 435-668-2766.
