Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful home with everything you need. Kids enjoyed ping pong and exploring. I enjoyed sitting in the quiet on the back porch.

It felt like they didn't cut corners on anything - even the glassware and silverware were high-end! We had a question about the apps on the TV and texted after 10 pm one night, and they got back to us immediately. Would definitely go to this property again.

Great Place to Stay

We were looking for a nice place to stay during our getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property. The views were amazing and the house was stunning. If I was to change anything, it would be to add more gaming stuff in the garage but to be honest this place didn’t need it. There were lots of things to do and a big great room to hang out and talk with everyone. We will stay here again if it is available next time.

It was disappointing that you couldn’t access filtered water out of their top notch fridge and were forced to buy your own bottled water. We also saw a handful of cockroaches during our stay which was unnerving. The home was also dusty. I ended up wiping down the master bedroom it was so bad. Overall it’s a great rental with a few minor adjustments.

The color scheme is so warm and inviting. The kitchen is large and stocked with high quality cookware. The master bedroom and bathroom are incredible and one of the guest rooms with a jack and jill bathroom was perfect for our friends who was staying with their kids. Another amazing aspect of the house is the separate little TV room that was great for the kids as well. Waking up every morning to that view - we didn’t want to go home even after 4 days. We loved our stay and we definitely plan on staying again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I could give this 10 stars. This house is everything you would want in a vacation rental. Firstly, it was model home clean. It was a pleasant surprise to find QUALITY pots and pans, a Vitamix, popcorn maker etc. This is something lacking in the majority of rentals we've stayed at. The decor is also clean, simple and elegant. We had some circumstances that almost made us have to cancel the trip but these owners worked with us and went the extra mile to let us go through with the trip. They truly care about providing a clean functional home but also taking care of the people who rent from them. The management company was also great to deal with, always answered the phone and was patient with our circumstances. We hope to visit St George again and hope we can stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Our first impression upon arriving at the Resplendent Artist property was that it was in a beautiful location and everything appeared to be really nice. Unfortunately the home hadn’t been deep cleaned for awhile so it wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped and we ended up finding a few cockroaches which made us decide not to rent through Ledges again because we’ve stayed in St. George in several other properties (thru Air Bnb) and never had issues like this. We had a few hiccups with not being notified that our packages arrived and there was a miscommunication with the massage services. Maybe the holidays are super busy(?) The Staff is very friendly which we appreciated and we loved the views.

An absolutely gorgeous property right on The Ledges golf course. Neighborhood is beautiful, home in great shape and in a quiet area. Perfect for our family reunion.

Beautiful Home and Area

Home, views, and overall area was absolutely incredible. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent and check-in was easy. Large plate windows overlooking golf course were dirty. No wash cloths in bathrooms, and no chairs or seats in master bedroom to change clothes. Also felt the contract was extremely one-sided (but this was our first time with VRBO). Other than - that our stay was wonderful.
