Great lodging, all the way around. The hosts were extremely communicative, answering most of my questions before I could even ask them! The location is very convenient and the condo is superb. Amazing pool and hot tub, everyone in our group was comfortable and relaxed. 5 stars!
The place was very nice. The only thing would be the TV's. The ones in the room's you were not able to watch because the owner must have had them were you had to put in your own information. But other then that everything was great, very roomy. We would stay their again.
The kitchen was well stocked. When we needed help they were quick to respond. The house was clean. Some of the furniture was not as functional as it could be. ie. the main level couches were weird and the kitchen chairs were pokey.
This wasâŠ.fine. The house was mostlyclean but there were a number of maintenance/management issues that felt like death by 1000 paper cuts. -The door to the back patio (and pool) didnât lock. We had 10 small children in a home with a door leading to a pool that didnât lock and it took over 48 hours for them to fix it. -A pipe under the kitchen sink was leaking, forcing us to keep a bowl under it and empty it frequently until they got around to fixing it.-They provided 11 beach towels for a home that slept 20. After 2 days of swimming and not having enough towels to dry the guests, they finally delivered some towels with Walmart tags on them. -There were 6 bath towels provided for 20 people. -The pool toys closet was full of moldy pool toys and water toys. -One of the bathrooms had a significant amount of black mold on the shower curtain.-The air hockey table needed the legs to be tightened. We had to ask the kids not to play with it for fear they would break it. -There were several broken dresser drawers.-3 random screws were found on the ground in the pool area.-The living room coffee table was so rickety we moved it out of the main living space for fear of a child breaking it.-The fridge was far too small for a house that holds 20 people.Iâve never spent so much time speaking to management about issues when staying at a VRBO. NUMEROUS calls and messages were exchanged over the first 3 days we were there. It was not how I wanted to spend my vacation.
The condo was easy to find and get into. The place was clean and instructions on how the owners want the place to be treated. There are a few housekeeping and maintenance issues that should be addressed. First the area where people spend most of the time together at, kitchen table and living room. The kitchen table was nice and big, but the kitchen chairs felt and looked like they were from a college apartment. Some of the wicker weaving was broken and poking in different directions. The two cushioned captains chairs were loose and rickety, a simple tightening off the bolts would fix this and avoid any damage of them possibly falling apart when someone set in them. The sofas in the family room are very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. The cushions are flattened and you canât lean back without feeling like youâre going to slid off of the couch. One of the throw pillow covers is so shredded that it should be thrown out. The glass shower door on the second floor first master bedroom will not close all the way and stays open into the shower a couple inches allowing water to spray out onto the floor, no matter where you move the shower head. A simple adjustment to align the door would fix this issue. The third floor shared bathroom door will not close tight enough for the handle bolt to secure to the door frame striker. Several times people using the bathroom were walked in on, There were only 7 forks for 10 people, but that was resolved.
