The hotel was nice. The coffee was good. The bathroom facilities is nice. However, the rooms need better lighting. Other than that, it was great thanks have a great day.

Very cold night. The thermostats in my suite of no suggestion of how to turn on or adjust heat. They don't light up so I need my iPhone flashlight to even see the display, in spite of all the room lighting being turned on. The shower pressure increased and decreased randomly, apparently when other rooms were turning their showers on/off. It took a long time to get hot water once it was turned on. I followed instructions for the internet and got on wi-fi but could not get an internet connection. It wasn't my laptop that was the problem as I went to a restaurant down the street and everything came online without issue. On the plus side, Abby at the front desk was excellent. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but it really didn't measure up to that. The items I mentioned weren't trivial to my comfort or my ability to do email or other business needs on my computer.

The rooms were clean the service was friendly. The Lamonte room did not work they did replace it. The air conditioning did not work properly and they came in and adjusted it, however, it still did not cool the room down enough.
