Fantastic home the family loved the heated pool, location directly on the beach! We had two handicapped fanily members with us the elevator was outstanding. Place umis super clean with every amenity you could ask for! We definitely will be back

Spring Break with Great Friends

We had 10 adults and 10 kids ages 2- 13. The house is literally perfection. We were closer to the beach than we thought, and the house was well stocked with towels, spices, games, and kitchen supplies. We will absolutely be booking this house again. Even with 5 families we never felt like we were too crowded. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is nothing short of fabulous. Each King size bedroom has a glass door directly to a beautiful view of the beach. It is in a perfect location to view the sunrise and the sunset. It came fully stocked with beach chairs, heated pool, golf cart and many places to hang out and relax. The chef's kitchen also has a view of the bay allowing you to see the whole island. The dining table is huge with enough seating for everyone. We had so much fun riding down to Paddy's, the Blue Parrot and beach yoga at the light house. We cannot wait to come and visit again!

Many extras were provided that most rental houses do not provide. These included beach chairs, umbrellas, filtered water, beach towels, trash bags, extra toilet paper, extra dish detergent and dishwasher detergent, pool toys, etc. We had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to all be together.

Wonderful Stay After Last Minute Booking

When Hurricane Helene came through, they canceled our trip on the day before we were set to arrive. I was able to call and check on the availability of this home (it was showing available online, but we wanted to make sure) and I spoke to an actual person. She was helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I could also tell that she actually lived in the area and knew what was going on. Many of our friends were unable to get in touch with anyone in regards to their rentals they had already paid for in well over 48 hours. We have been coming to SGI for over 25 years and this is the best company I have ever rented through. We will definitely be using them again. The house was amazing and very well appointed, too. Our family had a wonderful time!

The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with everything you'd need to feed a big group of people. The pool was broken and unable to be repaired until the last day of our trip. It was a huge disapointment and the main reason we rented this house. The rental company was nice about it but it still couldn't be repaired in a timely mannor. The king beds could use new mattresses. We were given a small discount for our trouble. The island itself is cute. The downtown was a 2 mile bike ride from the house and felt safe enough for our teens to ride there by themselves.

Our Vacation in July on St George Island

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We called the rental company shortly after we got there due to the toilet in the bottom level not working, and when flushed would come out in the sink! The smell was AwFUL throughout the condo! Although they said they would contact someone, they never came and we continued to have the problem. We had to call over again...and the person who came out said he wasn't a plumber but would "check it out". Nothing was done. Finally a plumber came, and someone else to drain the toilet...this had to be done a couple of times, and again we had to clear the area because of the smell! The dryer stopped drying the clothes (for 19 adults) so we would wash and hang them on the porch railings...again, we had to call several times for the rental company to send someone and two men arrived THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT, and fixed the dryer (after several hours), but we had little time to attend to the things we wanted to do on the island to stay at the condo and wash and dry clothes. Some of us had to pack our suitcases with partially dry clothes. Those who slept in the bottom level where the bunk beds were located had roaches! Disgusting! For positive comments we found this condo more stocked than any other we've rented (we've been coming to St. George since 2010). It was clean, but with roaches I would wonder if it had ever been sprayed for bugs. The outside deck was nice, but you had to be very careful due to the nails sticking up. Loved the excess silverware and cooking utensils and the many serving bowls.
