Welcome to Dolphins Watch! This gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 bath, beach front home located in the exclusive St. George Plantation. Dolphins Watch has lovely tile flooring in the common areas with hardwood floors in the bedrooms. With an elevator that services to the first level only, making unloading groceries and luggage a breeze. The first floor has the living area, kitchen, dining area, large covered & uncovered deck with 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops and a large kitchen island that has enough room to prep breakfast on one side and the family to sit on the other. The dining area has a glass top dining table. The living area has plenty of seating with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms on the first floor have king beds, en-suite bathrooms, direct access to the large covered deck and beautiful views of the beach. The large covered deck has plenty of seating to relax and listen to the waves and dolphin watch. The second floor has a second living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second living area has a sofa, arm chair, and 4 seater table to play board & card games. One bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two Twin beds respectively with a jack-n-Jill style bathroom. Dolphins Watch has a beautiful boardwalk straight to the beach. Under the house there is a fish cleaning station and outdoor shower with plenty of covered parking. Dolphins Watch is the perfect house for your family vacation.
