Welcome to "The Lazy Dolph-Inn"! This freshly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in the coveted gated community The Plantation. This home has access to all of the Plantation amenities including two community pools, bike paths, nature trails, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and fitness center. The first floor features the master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom, a bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds), a queen bedroom, and a shared bathroom with stand-up shower and a screened-in porch. Continuing onto the second floor an open floor plan common area can be found featuring exposed wooden beams throughout. The living area features comfortable seating. The large wooden dining table features both chairs and bench seating with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances. A full bathroom can also be found on this floor. The screened-in deck offers a table that seats four. A third deck offers Gulf Views!
