Well I could have given full 5 stars . Let me tell you why . Someone violated my privacy.i wore my gucci slide the entire time there. The regular lady was off Friday and Saturday .the last time I wore my shoes was Saturday evening. So some where between Saturday and Sunday bc we check out someone went in the room and took my gucci slide. My room number was 127.i know a black thick lady was covering for the short lady it was her day off so it’s not her. Please watch the camera and see who went inside my room.my number is 3472239898

Family vacation

Stayed there for a family vacation. The resort was beautiful. Plenty of bars, two pools, great access to the beach. Free breakfast had plenty of options. Rooms are outdated but very clean. Need more towels poolside. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the huge pool with the waterfalls. We loved the closeness to the Grand Anse Beach and grocery stores and restaurants. We did not rent a car and did not feel we needed one. We hired a taxi for a tour. The rooms are tired and could use updating but they were very clean and for the price it was excellent. Our MAJOR complaint was the huge issue with the beach towels. Either there was NEVER towels or there was nobody at the towel hut. We just hung onto our towel till we could get it switched out as we did not want to be without a towel at a BEACH POOL RESORT. Other places we have stayed you paid a deposit for your towel and traded in your towel on a regular basis. Sometimes we tried and tried for 3 days to get switched. You need a better system for this. There was several others frustrated with this and when I mentioned upon checkout it seemed to be a known fact. The hotel grounds is beautiful the one big pool is amazing we loved our stay here and would return. You just need a better system for your towels.

The property has enormous potential. Pros: Upon arrival I was greeted with a drink by the bellman. Property is nestled on the famous Grand Anse beach and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Ones to try are Umbrellas and 61 West. Stand out employees are Desiree, Esmond and Alana. Things to work on are: Checkin staff needs to be more amiable. Put a smile on your faces, you are the first and most forward facing employees. You set the tone. Give a tour of the hotel, inform us of the happenings on property or direct us to the board. Guests won’t know where things are unless they organically explore..Unless that’s the goal. Not sure what the issue was with beach towels but there seemed to be a scarcity. We were told to use the ones in the room. Overall a decent property for the price point, but little touches could elevate the property.

Only Wonderful Things Happen Here

I can only give superlatives for this resort! First of all, the staff is outstanding. Friendly, approachable, helpful, dedicated, desiring to do good, all were well above expectations. Secondly, the food at this resort was absolutely delicious! Everything we ate was tasty and prepared well and presented beautifully. Thirdly, the Housekeeping was on pointe! The room was exceptionally serviced every day, the room was clean, bright, and organized, and also well appointed with furnishings. Air conditioning was plentiful and worked perfectly. Fourthly, the resort's beach is very, very nice with large seagrape trees providing dense shade (better than any shade structure could provide). There was plenty of hotel security visible and we always felt safe, and the Front Desk Staff was outstanding in how they handled every request we had. I would definitely stay at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort again. One of the best Caribbean resorts we have every experienced. No regrets! Highly recommend!

The property is located on a beautiful beach, white sand, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Food is not something we would choose but it was a part of the hotel and convenient. Service was very slow in the restaurant and room service.

Good stay but room for improvement

Just come back from a 14 night stay. On arrival I was allocated a garden double room which was situated on the 2nd floor. On entry into the room it had a heavy musky smell which was pungent. As a severe asthma sufferer and severely arthritic individual, this was completely unacceptable for anyone, but even more appalling for me. We called reception but to no avail, as a result we had to go back to the reception and complain to be moved. Whilst at reception, we noted a queue of other guests making the same complaints. We were then moved to another garden double room which was much more pleasant and acceptable for the remainder of our stay, although the decor was tired and in need of a revamp. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Compliments to the chef and staff, especially Linnel Thomas, Sian and Sally-Anne. Compliments also to Mrs Charles and others who were housekeeping. There was a lot of choice for food and drink options which were very tasty. Service could not be faulted in the main, save that it was a bit slow. Entertainment was nice. Particularly, the clarinet player and steel pan band. Having been to Radisson many times before this time the Meet and Greet was substandard and lackluster. Special shout out to Dylan and Akeem who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Check out was pleasant and I was satisfied that the incidentals charged to the room were more than reasonable and inexpensive for a 2 week stay in the Caribbean.

Terrible experience. The service was unprofessional and unresponsive from the start. The walls were paper-thin, so we heard everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway all night long. To top it all off, the water was out for half a day with no clear explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges this much. Will not be returning.

Loved that the property was right in the beach. The grounds were beautiful. Plenty of nearby restaurants and so close to the Spice Market as well as the grocery stores and the mall.
