The property itself was nice and clean, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional staff. The Indian restaurant served below-average food, though the staff was polite. The Italian restaurant was even worse — the food was terrible, the host was rude, and the server acted like they were doing us a favor by serving us.
The buffet was the only good dining experience. The food was tasty, had plenty of variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We were told in writing that we could extend our stay by an hour, but the front desk gave us the runaround. They told us to come back the next day, which was our checkout day, only to then say it couldn’t be done. It was frustrating and could’ve easily been avoided.
Overall, the property looks great, but the service and communication need serious improvement. If you want better service, I’d recommend booking through the Diamond Club
