The overall experience was excellent. Our room's AC functioned very well, the location is excellent (multiple good restaurants in the area, coffee shop right across the street) and the sea is only a few minutes away. Mini-buses stop right out front, makes it easy to get to farther destinations as well (such as BBC beach). For any considering a budget friendly stay in Grenada, I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean, across the road and a short walk to the beach. I was able to swim every morning for an hour. Close to shops, and the bus to downtown passes right in front of the hotel, and only costs $2.50EC. Very convenient. The staff were friendly, attentive and just a real pleasure. Recommended

Very comfortable room in a location we could walk everywhere. Beach across the road, nice restaurants close by as well as grocery store and mall. Lovely ocean and sunset views from our balcony.
