Excellent experience - our third stay this year! Love the outdoor hot tub & great breakfast. Our room and bathroom were both super clean and comfortable. The lobby is such a great multi-use space throughout the stay to hang out in evenings, play games with family, and look at the stunning lake views.

In the middle of a bad winter storm, the staff, especially Lisa, held everything together really well. We had a warm breakfast, shovels for the cars and plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub.

The entire facility was impeccably clean and every staff member were quick to smile and ready to provide amazing service. Lisa and Tiffany went above and beyond from providing local restaurants recommendations to taking photos of our group, to offering smiles, laughs and more coffee. The Continental breakfast was outstanding, a good variety and they served until 10:00am for us late sleepers.

The front desk employee was the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The rooms were immaculate. The entire building was gorgeous. Nothing beats the view of the water. I was late getting to the breakfast area as it was closing in 10 minutes but everything was still out for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly very knowledgeable and willing to help. The hotel itself was amazing very clean and the amenities were great loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was good and was nice to have especially in that area where it’s hard to find free breakfast in hotels. Definitely will be back.
