Come explore coastal North Carolina at this water-view Southport condo! Sitting in front of the St James Marina, endless views of passing boaters will be visible from the home's balcony. When you aren't dining in with a view, walk over to Beacon 315, a waterfront restaurant with a tropical bar. The marina also has shopping, a pharmacy, and the marina ship store.
This is a fully gated community complete with miles of walking and biking trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with restaurants and shops, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips.
In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where they can visit the beach using a private entrance. The beach club includes a saltwater pool, changing areas, bathrooms, and a covered deck with tables to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. There are foot showers and a walking path for an easy transition from beach to beach club.
Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded barbecue area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.
