SolvillasUSVI is proud to present Rivendell, Located in one of St. John’s most prestigious residential communities, Peter Bay Estates.

Rivendell, is an exceptional and luxurious villa on one and a half acres. Your privacy and respite from the worries of the world will be ensured at this immaculate home.

Rivendell is comprised of two fully air-conditioned pavilions, an expansive pool deck and courtyard with an infinity-edge swimming pool and a large built-in hot tub. Within Rivendell's main pavilion, is a gourmet kitchen and dining area. A dining table, easy chairs and ceiling fans make this unique area everyone's favorite spot for gathering during meal times.

Rivendell's main pavilion includes a spacious Great Room with Large Sliding doors opening out to the tiled terrace, pool, hot tub and outdoor pavilion.

The upper level of the main pavilion houses the Primary Suite with a king-sized bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Next to the master suite is an additional Master suite that can be made with a king bed or two twin-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have large windows which overlook the pool terrace, the vibrant tropical gardens and the ocean beyond.

The second pavilion, adjacent to the pool terrace, houses two similarly sized bedrooms, one on each of the two levels, with queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Rivendell is beautifully distinguished by its breathtaking sea views, lovely gardens with Bricked walkways and patios, sink-into comfortable sofas and pool lounges surrounded by tropical vegetation and native stonework.

Although just a few moments’ walk from the white sands of private Peter Bay Beach, Rivendell is completely private and sequestered.

This immaculate villa is the perfect fit for your next family vacation or getaway with friends. With ease of access to all of the idyllic beaches of St. John’s North Shore and the Virgin Islands National Park and elevated comforts of home, Rivendell is a villa that is unsurpassed as a luxury stay on St. John.

We enjoyed an unforgettable family vacation. The location of the house couldn’t be better, nestled in Peter Bay and a short walk to a small private beach for the homes in the bay. At low tide we made it all the way to Cinnamon bay. Super close drive to Trunk Bay where we watched several sunsets. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy meals at home and we were only a 15 minutes drive back to Cruz Bay. They also had beach chairs, towels to lounge in the pool or in the surf. We can’t wait to come back!
