Was so pleased with my stay here. A perfect relaxing retreat. I had a standard room but was so pleased to find out it still had a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The room was spotless and flooring instead of carpet made it feel that much cleaner. Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our night away. We loved the added bonus of receiving a dinner coupon when we checked in and changed or outside reservations to room service. There was a bit of a confusion at checkout but was very quickly resolved.

A sincere, heartfelt THANK YOU to the staff who worked during my stay. I realized after checking out that I left my wedding bands in my bathroom!! Not only did the hotel call me to tell me, they put them aside for me to pick up when I was back in St. John's! They also asked for ID for pick up to ensure they were getting back to the rightful owner. I was so relieved and impressed with how this was handled. The wedding bands could have easily been taken or "misplaced", so I really appreciate the honesty and outcome of this event!

We had a nice stay. But a few hick-ups. Our TV remote didn’t work for our first night. Channels or volume. No microwave in the room. Very limited with coffee & tea. No decafinated products in coffee or tea. Rooms were lovely with an option of a jacuzzi & shower to use. Very nice toiletries. Overall we were pleased except for a few glitches.
