At 4AM, there was no hot water for a slower. The room was clean but the bathroom was tired looking with patched repairs.

Facilities issues. The bathroom mirror was broken, the other full length mirror glass was gone, the floor had a 3" heave in the middle of the room under the carpet. Leads me to question the structural integrity of the building. The HVAC would not work for more than a couple minutes.
