Sometimes Super 8's can be hit or miss. This one was excellent. The night front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their hotel as the lobby, breakfast space, and rooms were very clean, especially for being pet-friendly. The only thing I wish that pet-friendly hotels in general provided was a small broom and dustpan in the rooms so that guests can help clean up after their pets for the hotel staff. We travel back and forth from WY to IL to see family often and will make this our new halfway stop spot.

We booked this room for 6. When we arrived we had one queen and one twin bed pull out. When we talked to staff they said there was nothing they could do and it was Expedias problem. I asked if they could give us a roll away, but they wanted to charge us additionally. Not very understanding. I would not stay here again.

Front desk staff very polite, well dressed, and took the time to explain certain policies. Room was clean and I was happy with the stay overall. I did have an older room neighbor that was hard of hearing and the noise from the tv travelled easily through the wall. The curtain was unable to be draw to blackout and allowed for quite a lot of light to enter. The bathroom had a musty odor from the shower curtain.
