As a repeat guest I feel this is a brilliantly placed hotel for access across the island with several restaurants nearby, a convenience store now right beside it is an added bonus for supplies for drinks and food. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very good value for money.
The hotel has a great location, but isnât totally quiet. Room is quite basic, but it has all what you need. Everything was clean. Stuff is really friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is nice too.
Great location on the front in St Julianâs bay, good sea view. Breakfast was a good start to the day and comfortable room. Only issue for me was cleanliness- there was a used bag of soap being the sink, which tells me it was not cleaned properly. Other than that all ok
Without doubt the greatest aspect of this hotel are the staff from the cleaning staff to the reception team They all work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of your stay is first class
From a welcoming smile upon booking in to a personalized service at breakfast The staff are excellent
Even the leaning staff go out their way to ensure your stay is stress free
Yes the rooms are clean the bedding comfortable and the hotel itself is well presented but the staff are first class
I look forward to my next visit
Room was clean the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was right by the bay and everything was accessible. There was a spa downstairs and a restaurant we had breakfast at. Itâs close to transportation and you can get bolt uber and the tour bus near
Great location close to the beach and bus stop. Room was clean although very basic. Difficult to use kettle or hair dryer as plugs is random places. Very poor WiFi. Lady on reception was very reluctant to change my room which was overlooking some random walkway and a bench with strangers smoking right outside the window looking into the room. She could not understand why being a single female traveller I did not feel comfortable with and kept saying that the hotel was full but eventually managed to find me a different room. Limited choice of breakfast but I did not go hungry. Overall decent value for money l.
Good aspects were a convenient location, spacious and clean room with lovely view of St Julian's Bay and friendly, helpful reception staff. Only downside was that it is a bit noisy - on a busy road close to bars, and there was quite a lot of noise from other residents playing loud music in their rooms.
Hotel very good staff on the reception desk was the best, the only thing that got me a little angry I had to pay a extra ÂŁ200 to upgrade to have a balcony, even though I told them before I travelled apart from that all good
I've made over 30 trips to Malta and this is my go to hotel for Malta. Always staying at this hotel.
The staff are exceptional in the way they look after guests the hotel is clean and tidy and rooms and beds are comfortable.
if you include breakfast there is a good selection of hot and cold foods with all the staples you would expect and I found all my meals to be filling and of a really high standard.
The local area has a good selection of cafes and restaurants all of which are reasonably priced and serve good quality plentiful food.
It can get busy at times being on the coastal road but I've never found it too noisy. Easy walking distance for local transport and tourist buses
Would happily recommend and will be staying there later in the year
