From the moment we arrived to when we departed for the airport the entire staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. This was one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at for the price point. It was a solid four star hotel staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. The room cleaning staff the super friendly gave us extra stuff when we needed it. The food at the hotel is excellent, but expensive go pay twice the amount as if you want to a restaurant offsite. Most of the pools were closed due to the temperature, but we are able to use the pool at the Intercontinental. We use the Intercontinental concierge’s to book all of our tours. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

This is a nice, new hotel in the heart of St Julian's. Well-located but quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful, though the a la carte menu order can take some time to arrive (or indeed be taken) when they're busy at peak times. Only minus point is that the outdoor rooftop pool was closed when we visited (early April). Given that the other hotels next door - the Intercontinental and the Hyatt - both had their outdoor pools open, I didn't really think the hotel's excuses: "a lack of staff", "not the season yet" were acceptable. But overall, a nice hotel which offers good value for money.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room on the first day, despite a visible request for it displayed on our door, but I absolutely loved their little gesture with a Valentine's rose and card left in the room for us.
