I stayed at Aloft Hotel in St. Louis and overall, the experience was good. The hotel is well-located, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which made it convenient and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, our stay was affected by late-night noise from people partying (I assume that was the case), which made it hard to sleep. While I understand this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, it did leave a less-than-ideal impression.

Almost perfect

Our 2 night stay was pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfectly situated between the zoo and downtown. The only improvement would be the amount of linens. There was three of us in our party, but only one set of towels in our room. When asked for more, the service was promptly remediated.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Service was wonderful. Room was nice. Good amount of options for breakfast. Didn’t get to try the bar, exercise room or pool. Good location. Parking wasn’t great. EV charging stations were always in use and likely not by hotel guests.

Decent hotel

Nice hotel but definitely could have been cleaner, the sofa had some iffy stains on it that were white, so yea wasn't sitting on that. The rooms are not super family friendly for those with kids, but is great for couples or single person stay.

Hotel was in a safe area, local restaurant and coffee shop were a walkable distance. Fun hotel vibe with pool table, outside area, and bar. However, shower water pressure was barely a trickle out of the shower head, and no saop on the dispensers was very disappointing. Beds were soft and staff was friendly. So overall good stay.

The hotel had a nice overall feel, but I was a bit disappointed by a few things. For the price, I expected parking to be included, so the extra charge felt unnecessary. The sheets and towels had an unpleasant odor, which took away from the comfort of the stay. It was also quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

In the heat of the Cortex district

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are great common area spaces to eat, grab a drink, or just hang out. Table top games and a pool table were a great touch. The only downside was breakfast. We added it into our reservation and paid in advance for all three days. The options on the menu did not match what we ordered and in our third day they ran out of food… so no breakfast. They did offer us cold cereal or yogurt instead. And they were quite apologetic. But next time I’ll just get breakfast out. Great location in the heart of the Cortex district, meat public transportation, and close to Central West End.
