I was a little leery since some ratings were between 2-3 stars but I give it a Solid 4 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ It was a pleasant stay with clean, quiet rooms in a great location with lots of dining options nearby.

Our room was not clean There was pee on the toilet bowl and seat. Carpet was dirty. All surfaces were dusty and dirty. I had to clean the toilet seat and all surfaces with Clorox wipes. Did not complain because the only staff present was the desk clerk and he was having problems and was on the phone with management. We would not have stayed if there was another option. Bed and bath linens were clean but very worn. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable. I didn’t expect the best but how can these hotels get by with this?

Convenient in Troy

Super convenient to the interstate, dining, and gas!! Friendly service. My mattress needed to be turned…easy to see it has been slept on, most often on one side. Room was quiet and spacious! I would stay here again.

The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. The pool was closed due to maintenance and very cold. We stayed there this time last year and the pool was closed then as well. It's disappointing when the kids are excited about swimming and cannot. We will consider a different hotel next time based on the availability of the pool. The breakfast was good but there was no drinking water available, and we had to clean our table ourselves.

The pool was closed for repair. If we had known, we would have picked a different hotel. The ice machines did not work. The bar sink was dirty and had a spider and web in it. The one ice maker that had ice, the ice was melty and we found cubes with brown spots in the ice.

This property needs a bit of TLC. It’s not the kind of Best Western franchise one is used to see. Towels were limited to one person same as the small ones. The staff is very nice though.

Save your money, go to hotel across the street!

Had to move rooms three times. First room AC poured water all over carpet and they “upgraded” us to a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Jacuzzi tub didn’t work nor did shower. Second room, went to shower and handle fell off and sprayed water everywhere. Moved us again and it was tolerable. Not super clean and owners live in the rooms that’s why we were “upgraded” to the room the lived in. Has gone downhill fast. Needs remodel. We were afraid to eat there so ended up eating at restaurant across the street. Definitely worst Best Western I’ve ever been too.
