What a great little gem! Communication with Joe was wonderful, the check-in process was as easy as can be, and the place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had one issue, and Joe was quick to respond and get it fixed. The apartment was close to everything we wanted to do, and after a long day of city fun, it was a great place to come back to and relax. I will stay here again.

Brother's Baseball Weekend

# VRBO Review - RevisedMy brothers and I arrived on a Friday and found the place exactly as described on VRBO. The property was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with everything we needed already in place - linens, towels, dishes, and all the essentials. The entertainment setup was great, featuring Roku with various streaming options. The location was perfect - we could walk to breakfast just down the street, and when we Ubered to the ballpark for Saturday's game, it was only about 3 miles away and very affordable to get there.The neighborhood was quiet and charming, exactly what we were looking for. I was particularly impressed with how responsive the host was - whenever I sent a text with a question, I received a quick reply.Overall, this was exactly what we needed for our trip. Highly recommend!

Great home away from home

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is fantastic- close to everything but tucked away in a quiet corner. Owner is responsive and helpful, house is comfortable with lots of flexible sleeping options. We will likely come again .

Excellent for a family of 6

The property was a nice find! It has a unique blend of 1900s features and updates that give it a unique charm. The couches slept wonderfully, the kitchen was very nice, and the bedrooms were great!

Fantastic Communication w/Host

We had a long weekend in St. Louis to watch a game, and this property was really great. Plenty of room, pictures and description are accurate, and host very communicative. We left our luggage in the unit after check-out time and picked it up on our way back to the airport, very easy. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, there isn't a ton of stuff within walking distance but if you rent a car or Uber/Lyft around it is no problem. Highly recommend!

First time to St. Louis

This apartment is absolutely stunning and cozy! This location for what we wanted to see was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we ever headed back to St. Louis. Joe was helpful and informative with good suggestions which help make our trip even better!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Classy Midtown! The owner Joe did a fantastic job of communicating updates and checkin tips. Appreciated his advice on local restaurant recommendations. Weekend trip

We had a great trip, the house looks exactly as pictured- and was stunning. Very big. Felt safe there. Host was so kind, and reached out mid trip to make sure we were doing well, make sure we didn’t need anything- and give recommendations to local places. We were very pleased, and will be booking again!

Nice property

Check in was super easy. Easy instructions once checked in. Clean home and had all the items we needed. Only thing to mention is that it's not truly a 3 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the front room but it does have doors to close it off if needed. But super close to all the places we needed to be on our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in the city of St Louis.

Spacious and Quiet

This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!
