My sons PlayStation 5 was left in the room along with my husbands robe, by the time we left and traveled to our next destination which was almost two hours away when I called there was no sign of the game system but the black robe was found. I am sure the housekeeper stole it. I called and the general manager said she would call me the next day she needed to wait to hear back from the housekeepers they were gone for the day she was so confident that they turn in everything they find I ended up calling corporate and complained about how she handled things she didn’t call Me the next day !!! The situation …it’s being investigated of the robe was found the game armed was too. I would never stay there again The customer service was terrible!! she handled

We stayed for 3 nights Check in was easy and fast. Room was spacious and very clean. Room service changed our towels every day and made our bed. Overall our stay was very pleasant!

The hotel had a very homey atmosphere. They had free cookies and hot chocolate and coffee ready in the lobby when we walked in. Kay, at the front desk, was super sweet. She made great suggestions for things we could do in town with the kids. We will definitely stay here again.
