I stay at this hotel everytime I'm in St. Louis. It's quiet, conveniently located near major highways & the airport, employees are relaxed, friendly & welcoming. All aspects of this hotel are clean & comfortable. I've been staying here for several years now and this is my top choice for accommodation.

Air conditioner made squeaky noises all night long AND smoke detector was also flashing throughout the night. Made sleeping really hard. Also toilet set up not desirable. Had to slide next to toilet to even close the door to washroom AND shower access was past the toilet cramped in.

New mattress needed for room 255!

I have been to a lot of Marriott hotels over the years and I do believe this was the worst experience ever. 1- no water pressure in the toilet or the shower 2- the bed was horrible! There was basically a hole in the middle and that is where my husband and I slept. At 3 am I decided I couldn’t take any more and slept on the tiny couch. It was at least firm enough to allow me to sleep for a few hours

The location was excellent. The serve was VERY POOR! The woman who checked me in was VERY RUDE. I asked a question and got a "firm" answer and a rude stare, as if I knew what she meant. FYI, If someone asks the same question, it means that they do not understand what you are talking about and need "Hospitality industry" explanation. Don't be rude, just help customers understand what you mean.
