Renting the 3rd-floor apartment with its own exterior entrance, very private, stylish, and chic. Very spacious with a king-size bed in the master and a walk-in closet, the second bedroom has a queen-sized with a washer & dryer. The entire apartment has very nice laminate floors throughout, lots of windows and natural light. Spotless and very comfortable with a zen-like ambiance, Has a rating of 5 on Airbnb which is a perfect score, the guests love the apartment and location. Many upscale restaurants as well as fast food within walking distance. Central heat & air, dishwasher, lots of character and charm, a unique opportunity to stay here. Owners live on the first and second floors. Well behaved dog and cat welcome but must notify the owners. For everyone's safety, security cameras are on the property but not inside the apartment. Must show your drivers license or passport upon arrival. Sorry, because of recent abuse of the apartment by a guest, any rules that are broken are strictly prohibited and could result in an eviction. Because of the cost of cleaning and laundering, an extra $20 is required for the usage of the 2nd bedroom and $10 per person over 2 people. No smoking or parties. Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs to the apartment, it is on the 3rd floor. Your cell phone number must be correctly listed on Vrbo, otherwise , your reservation will be rejected.
