Great service, bad room.

The atmosphere is great, however our ac was broken, and kept making horrible noises all through the night. Also, we had packed some food and put it in the mini fridge, only to discover the mini fridge was broken too, and our food was cool at best, definitely not cold, making a waist of my money. The first red flag should have been the fact that, as soon as we came in, the light wouldnt work. It would turn on for a few seconds, and then go off and couldnt be turned back on for sevral minutes, where it would just turn off again. Very disappointing as last time we stayed it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and the amenities were good, but our room was in total disrepair and O was left disappointed and tired from the noise the ac made all night long.

Everything good. Receptionist worked hard to get our door lock fixed. Liked free drinks and meals. Convenion to expressway. Parking very accessible. Only thing was the packs of noisy kids.

Very close to Union Station

Next door to Union Station. I thought it was in Union Station. Carpet was dirty and stained. Kickback and breakfast were excellent. Parking is $19 a night. Bed was confidant.
