Absolutely Terrific!! The staff at front desk “DJ” and “Sherry” just wonderfully helpful & super nice. Our room was AMAZING, Fantastic view of the Arch, extremely Comfortable, Clean, on point. The daily Breakfast and Dinner Buffet style meals were just Awesome!! Really really easy, very well organized, great tasting! There is a room in the Lobby to get “munchies” if you’re ever hungry 24-7. The indoor pool area is just perfect. And the outside patio overlooking the Arch was also very relaxing and great. This property is very well maintained, room service is awesome, everyone is so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Great views of the Arch from their 8th floor terrace!! Having free breakfast and dinner with drinks was nice. Customer service was a bit lacking. We asked for blankets twice before we were able to get them the next day and housekeeping didn't come into our room even though we said yes we wanted them when we were asked at check in. I think maybe they were just short staffed. The hotel is secure, you can't enter the lobby or the parking garage without your room key and there's a security guard. Pool is nice with 2 hot tubs.

Good value

Nice and close to the St Louis Arch and 1 block from Ballpark Village. Although the room was clean, we discovered, upon arrival, that our toilet would not flush due to a broken handle.It was fixed quickly by maintenance. The 5:30 kickback was great! Free drinks, free small dinner and a free breakfast in the morning was a lovely surprise to us, as we have never stayed at Drury before. The lounge deck off the pool area offered a nice view of the city and part of the arch.

Very well maintained property. Staff/team were all friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Great location next to Arch. Had a low battery problem on the morning of departure and sought help at the front desk. Problem solved as maintenance met us in the garage with a portable jumper starter. What a value added service! Another big plus—nightly reception with great food and beverages. Would definitely stay here again as well as other Drury locations.

Great location and hotel. Have stayed here many times and would stay again. However, this time we were on the side of the main road and there was very loud street racing happening all hours of the night both nights. Not the hotels fault but definitely will want to stay on the arch side next time as I've never had this experience in the past.
