The hotel room was outdated. Reminded me of a room from the late 90’s/early 2000’s. After a long flight we planned to unwind at the bar. We get there and the guy behind the counter says he’s not the bartender. He is a cook. The managers had him cover the bar because the bartender called out. The cook was very polite. I want to make sure to stress the fact that the staff was AMAZING! Especially Elly. The cooks for breakfast were courteous and engaging. Made my morning well. But that was the only high note.

Room and facilities were clean. We were refused an additional pillow for the pull out bed with my 2 children and told theyd need to share. Had to ask several times for bedding that was to be brought up. We had to go grab it. Then noticed this morning the sheet and mattress cover had holes in them. Happy hour was a fun offering. The food looked terrible and they ran out of plates. My children were kicked out the area due to age but another table across from us had 2 toddlers and wasnt approached. I wont be back too soon.

The rooms are old and need updating. Some of the doors are wood and they are rotting. We had a room with a studio but there was no sheets or pillows. We had to get them late at night. The toilets are so low that you have to grab something to be able to sit on them
