Decided to book am extra day, therefore i had two reservations. Informed the clerk and he asked if we wanted to stay in the same room. Of course easier for everyone. Well next evening went out and came back to being locked of the room. Mind you i even mentioned the prior damage to another clerk that morning as well and she instantly stated two reservations same room correct? Yes, thank you. Was told by 3rd clerk well its becasue its booked by a different 3rd party, which both bookings with hotels.com and never was i informed of this by the other two clerks and all of our belongings in the room still. Asked if damage was noted, nope waht damage? Super rude clerk.
Also there is no parking. Was informed street or meter parking. There is no street parking and also meter parking or their super expensive valet service for one day!
I texted with the front desk because the handle on the shower was extremely difficult to move, and then the water pressure was close to nothing. She said she sent a maintenance man up to my room, I waited in my room for a little while for him but he never showed up. Otherwise, the room rate was great, and the staff was nice enough.
Yes the area isnât the greatest, but itâs just whatâs typical of large cities. The hotel itself is amazing and clean. The valet staff and hotel staff were all very kind.
Supurb service during check in, with Shay. All questions were answered and expedited customer support. Room and sheets were clean. Only suggestion, is to have at least vegetarian or non pork options for meats.
I enjoyed my stay right from the beginning at check-in. Everyone is very efficient, professional, and had some smiles on their faces. Very refreshing to see such a good group of people working together. Came in for a concert enjoyed everything had a good sleep. Had a nice breakfast. Iâd give it an excellent A rating.
Iâve asked several times for new towels and the room to be cleaned the second day (they have an every other day cleaning policy). They did not do it. The bathroom sink was clogged and I asked for it to be opened. I found the sink to be draining a bit faster (still slow) and I found a cigarette butt in the trash. I thought the room was no smoking.
Home2 Suites by Hilton was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Keisha at the front desk was friendly and told me what to do after I booked on the wrong day. The staff was nice and welcoming. My room had space and was nice and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.
