Staff was extremely nice and helpful from the valet attendants at arrival, to the bellhop and front desk, and the occasional staff who gave us restaurant recommendations in the elevator. Carpet in the halls seemed a little dingy, but our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Convenient to many restaurants and directly across from the convention center.This is our hotel of choice for future visits.

It was clean and a nice place to stay. Close walking disdance to Bush Stadium and a Schnucks grocery store with a CVS Pharmacy 1 block away if you needed anything. Had a nice breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Easy access from the interstates.

Check in was not quick at all. There was a long line of customers to check in. There were also no wash clothes in the room. Otherwise the room was very clean and did not hear a lot of hallway noise.

parking was terrible; i paid for self parking, couldn't find it, so we had to valet and pay for that in addition to the self parking. the hallway going to our room reeked of cigarette smoke, our room was too warm and the thermostat wouldn't go down past 72, toilet had to be flushed twice every time, check in clerk seemed pissed to even be there. I complimented her nails and she didn't even acknowledge me, it was super awkward. Long lines to check in and only 3 staff members who didn't have any sense of urgency. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in and was surprised given their rating.

First experience at this location and over all very pleased. Check-in seemless and polite. We used the valet, appreciated that option, even for cost. Starbucks and very well stocked deli market on site was also a plus for our stay. Rooms were clean, good size, with spacious bathroom. Beds were smaller then we are used to, felt like a "full" vs. "Queen". This hotel obviously is located in a city setting so street level noise and sirens were a factor, but this is to be expected. We were very pleased with politeness of staff and the hotel lobby, it was clean and welcoming. We will return for any future stays in St. Louis ;)
