We chose this hotel because at 10 p.m. we were looking for someplace to sleep that was inexpensive. Leaving next morning. It was definitely minimalistic. Front desk man was polite. We could not find tv remote and he gave us another one. Still couldnât get any audio out of tv. Bathtub was not as clean as should be. Towels were very thin. No amenities at all. Two tiny bars of soap for sink and bath. Bed was ok. King bed with 3 small pillows. Fairly clean otherwise. They had coffee in the a.m. Have to say for $30 more couldâve had a much better room close by.
Customer service was great, the gentleman at check in was very nice. The tv in the room wouldnât turn off and then the volume would not work. You could hear everything around you. We had to ask for extra pillows bc you only get 1. Someone above us ran around and was so loud till about 3am. The room wasnât the cleanest and the hallway outside was not clean. The floor was very dirty. Itâs the absolute bare minimum so if that works for you, you wonât have an issue.
The floors were dirty, baseboards could use painting. There was a bug in the refrigerator and the lever for the shower was difficult to pull in order for the water to go into the showerhead. It was just okay.
There was a loud whistle-like sound every time the AC fan turned off, and the bathroom floor could have been swept a bit better, but the room was basically clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice.
Gentleman at the front desk was lovely and helpful. The hallway was filthy and smelled of pee and smoke. The room was old and worn and not clean. One bed was clean, the other had smelly sheets. The floor was dirty and the room smelled bad. The parking lot was well-lit but there were dodgy people about and there was a police presence dealing with an intoxicated individual.
This was a great place to stay overnight with my dog - the only issue was one bed had red stains on the sheets. When I called the night manager offered to take care of the situation immediately! Would definitely stay again :)
Wasnât really clean and the walls had holes and shower was not good. You have to pull the shower and doors really hard and walls are paper thin. It was the cheapest option around but I can see why. I like the super 8 across the street a lot more
