My room was so clean. It is conveniently located near downtown and Central West End. I REALLY liked the staff. They were all so nice.

Parking was scarce around the building but they do have a parking garage. The hotel says park in the garage but then there’s an event next door and the parking attendant says we have to pay. We refused and just scanned our room card and parked. I’m not paying for parking on top of my room fee. The hotel was clean. Hot tub was very nice. This made our anniversary trip very memorable!

Need more options to drink for happy hour. Not a beer or wine drinker. Highly disappointed ! Was there on a Thursday night. No hot dogs. Just tortilla chips with cheese sauce and salsa. Needed taco meat, lettuce, and sour cream. Thank you !

Loved the popcorn and nachos and drinks every night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was the bathroom needed updating the ceiling paint was peeling.
