NOT ACCESSIBLE FRIENDLY.& BEWARE DOOR LEFT AJAR

I noted on our reservation we should be using mobility scooters and would need a first floor room or access to an elevator. But they claimed they didn't get that note. There is no way to access the lobby with our taking a step up or using stairs. The access to the first floor is very narrow. It is too narrow to town the scooter into and once you do get it into the halfway the halfway is to narrow to turn it into the rooms. Luckily my brother was with us and he was able to lift and maneuver the scooters into and out of the rooms otherwise we would not have been able to stay at all. The bathroom door in one of our three rooms had a busted door handle, in another room the mini fridge did not work at all. But the real kicker was after we spent our first night we left for the day, and returned to find one of our room doors slightly open. I am positive it was closed good when we left and our room had been freshened up so i assume it wasn't shut well when housekeeping was done which is very worrisome. I did try to nicely let an employee know if the difficulties with the scooters access so they would be aware for future guest if they didn't know. His response was oh i know but it meets regulations on paper before walking away. So if you have mobility concerns my advise is please stay away from here. We will DEFINITELY NOT even consider them again.

Great location. 1 mile to Six Flags. There is a Walmart almost next to it and many restaurants. Lots of green areas to walk your dog

Check in was ridiculous. Apparently a school’s reservations got cancelled for 15 rooms. Instead of one of the workers taking them aside to work on a solution, we, as well as other guests, waited over 30 minutes to check in at 10:00pm. The two workers started arguing on what to do and one was told to leave by the other. This whole episode was extremely unprofessional. No apology was given for the long wait. This experience is not what a traveler wants after a long drive.

The hotel is within walking distance of Six Flags. Good location. Place is what you'd expect from a Super 8. I would recommend.

The place was really nice and clean. I was surprised how comfortable the beds were and I loved the water pressure in the shower. Id stay there again, it doesnt look like much from the outside but it has everything you need for a comfortable night.
