    This was the 2nd time that I have stayed home. Absolutely love it. In town for a couple of Cardinals games. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the stadium. Definitely recommend staying here.

    Easy and comfortable location. Spacious loft. Comfortable beds. Balcony is great. You can walk pretty much anywhere within 5 -10 minutes. Taylor was poilte and easy to get ahold oh. We had no issues whatsoever and were completely happy with the stay.

    Baseball trip

    Absolutely great time in St. Louis. Came to town for a couple of Cardinals game during the week. Great location, easy 12-15 minute walk to the stadium. Gated parking, the apartment/loft was perfect. Several bars, restaurants, and a grocery store close by. Will defiantly stay here again.

    Great stay within walking distance to the America's Center Convention Complex

    The property was clean and spacious.  It was perfect for a volleyball weekend at the America's Center Convention Complex.  The on-site parking was secure and a huge benefit not to have to find paid convention center parking over a 3-day, President's Day Weekend tournament.The games and pool table were a welcome distraction for the family during the cold and snowy February weekend.  The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities.  The washer and dryer were a useful amenity. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for the three of us, me, my wife and 6-year-old daughter.  This property had all the things we needed to enjoy our extended weekend. Also, within view from the balcony/ living room window, there is an interesting late night barber shop / daytime photography studio in the building across the parking lot that made for some great evening discussion / comedy between me and my bride. :) Lots of spins in the chair and showmanship from the master of fades across the way.Highly recommend, well done!

    3 day 2 night stay

    Industrial feel in this downtown STL loft that was a perfect distance to walk to the ballpark. Host was attentive and quick to answer messages. I would recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

    The unit was very comfortable and the location was wonderful! The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bonus to have a parking spot! The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet.

    Location, location, location...

    This property was clean, very spacious and located only minutes from Busch Stadium. Having secure, gated parking was also a plus. There are some very nice restaurants nearby, which we took full advantage of. One thing that would have been nice to have would have been the key code to the parking area in case the opener is left in the car.

    great space but dirty

    The location was good. Secure parking was great. The loft was very nice. The floors were dirty. The baseboards hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. I don't think our pillowcases had been changed. The tub had hair in it. I would have given this an excellent if it had been clean.

    Convenient Location

    This location was convenient to walk to the Arch and City museum. Gated parking was a nice to have considering we left our car while we were out and about. We had no issues with check-in. The unit itself was clean and nicely furnished. The only negative was that the hallway and elevator had a strong off-putting odor.

    Cozy condo

    It is in a great location and is in walking distance from the ballpark and the arch with also several amazing restaurants around. We were a family of 4 at the condo so there was room for everyone to sleep alone except for me and my wife of course. The condo is very open and big with much fun games to play inside.

    GNATS - Relentless!!!

    There was a strong presence of gnats. Those pesky little critters were in the elevator, which is warm, so I did not think anything of that. BUT, they were in the loft; mainly the living room, kitchen and master bed & bath. I can only assume they were so bad due to the loft being located directly over the dumpsters next to the building. The host had a flying insect spray delivered and it seemed to do nothing. I sent a message suggesting they invest in a flying insect apparatus that will attract and eliminate flying insects, and the host replied with, "Hmmm ok. Never had a gnat issue so I will get it addressed." I replied with, "Not asking for anyting. Just making you aware." On our final day, we did not have to return to the airport right away, so I sent a message asking for extra time, but immediately sent a "Never mind" when my husband attempted to eat while the gnats were trying to snack on his peach at the same time. Ughhhh Perhaps the host will have the windows and closures checked to ensure these permanent guests are not around for future paying guest. Other than the gnats, I thought everything else was really, really nice. Pool table and board games was a plus!

    Great location, cool unit, comfortable living.

    The loft is cool, good location downtown. Has all the amenities needed to stay comfortably. Has a pool table and board games which our kids loved. We had some cleanliness issue, basically we had to do a quick clean when we arrived of some areas of the floor and bathroom showers. (hairs and crumbs) The neighbors were quiet, but there was a persistent smell of Marijuana in the hallways. Probably from neighboring units. Good news is that it didn't bleed into our unit. That should be something to be addressed though cause it kind of sours the welcome. We had 6 guests (4 kids) which technically we were able to stay in this unit, but it really is made for 4 guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the service was good and accommodating. And the living was generally comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend it, and hopefully the Marijuana smell was a one time thing.

    Location is convenient

    Overall this is a really good place to stay that is convenient to many sites downtown. We were very comfortable and the property had a good industrial feel. Just a couple suggestions to improve it. The location of pool table doesn’t provide enough space to play. We had people who play pool often and it was challenging. Also, I’d recommend a deep clean of the bathrooms. I’d also suggest the description of the property be a little clearer about the bedroom walls and that they do not provide a lot of privacy since they do not go to the ceiling. Also, there was no tv in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise we appreciate the opportunity to stay at the property and would recommend it for others.

    Weekend away

    Clean loft, convenient location, great pool table! The only down side were the saggy mattresses, not enough dinnerware, only 3 coffee mugs, 2 wineglasses, 4 plates bowls etc
for 4-6 people, guess you have to take turns drinking coffee! That’s the only suggestion. Thanks Taylor!

    Clean, easy, and safe!

    We stayed at the property for a concert at Busch Stadium. Check in was easy and convenient. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for a small group! The building is quiet and we felt safe inside. Would definitely stay here again if going to St Louis!

    Right at Home

    We felt right at home during our stay at the loft. It is a beautiful place and a great location. It was walking distance to St Louis Arch and over designations. The coffee bar and snack basket was an awesome surprise. Taylor was very helpful.

    Great location and owner is great at reply to questions

    We were in town to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday and he n his wife’s first anniversary ! Taylor made a very sweet welcome n congratulations basket for them. She was great at communicating with us so quick. Great to be able to park off the street in a secure parking lot near the loft. Location was great ! 12 min walk to most places we wanted to go. Grocery store and restaurants so close too. Place was very clean. And the balcony had nice chairs for coffee in the morning. Plenty of towels n washer n dryer. She supplied all the soaps except ur personal shower stuff. Very very nice place and will stay again when we back to STL !

    Weekend with Friends

    Pros: The property and location was excellent. The gated garage was a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and layout was good for the four of us. Cons:The bathrooms could use a little more cleaning. The security door key pad wouldn’t lock all the time maybe battery running low wasn’t sure. The entrance/hallway smelled of pot pretty bad but no fault of the apartment owner. Just was annoying if you don’t like that smell. Overall it worked for our weekend away.
