The overall experience at Flat 207 was perfect. The flat was well appointed, clean, and perfectly situated in downtown Saint Michaels. Communication from our host was top notch and there wasn’t one thing that wasn’t as expected. While the weather didn’t cooperate, we weren’t upset to spend more time in front of the very warm fireplace on the comfortable sofa, and were close enough to walk to shopping, food, and drinks without getting too wet. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to going back again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend!

We did a mother/daughter weekend in St. Michael's and were blessed to find this little gem of an apartment to rent. Perfect location, right in the heart of the town. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere else. The rental company was wonderful, quickly responding to any questions we had. Would love to return again one day.

Flat is well put together, has everything you need. Comfortable. Clean. Great location, able to walk to shops and resturants. Beautiful town to visit, great seafood and wonderful friendly town. Host attentive to any needs. I would recommend. This was a return visit.

This is a great property. Beautifully furnished, spectacular kitchen, and right in the middle of downtown St Michael’s - just steps away from great restaurants and block or two from the water. Excellent spot.

This place is perfect for many reasons. Central location, can walk to many shops and restaurants are all fantastic. Having designated parking spots close to apartment is helpful. The apartment has everything you need. Georgeous kitchen and bathroom. The King sized bed is comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The scenic view right outside your window is one of a kind view. I would stay here again and would recommend. The host was kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay in this beautiful town.

We loved staying in the Modern Flat in St. Michael’s this weekend! Our host was a great communicator and was quick to offer suggestions and answer our questions. The flat is nicely renovated and comfortable! One of the best features is the location. We parked our car when we arrived and did not get back in until we checked out. So lovely to be able to walk everywhere all weekend.

Fantastic location, clean, beautiful flat and convenient parking. We loved the ease of walking our dog to the park and in the neighborhoods. Jennifer was very quick to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

It's a nice place but checking in was quite muddled (very hard to sign lease, hard to locate, frig down, no hot water at first) and key needs were not met (no dresser or drawers for clothes, no ironing board/iron, no full length mirror, bedroom door hung incorrectly; won't close, AC blowing on bed and no way to adjust due to heavy warnings about AC system, washer/dryer but no soap, only decaf coffee, kitchen garbage had no lid).

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is lovely, and the location is perfect. One gripe: the listing is not accurate, because it says it's pet friendly, but the property manager tried to charge me a 150 fee for bringing a cat. If the property doesn't welcome cats, they should state that up front.
