In a quiet and beach location directly on the beach crossing in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. With stunning sea views over the dike. A lot of fresh North Sea air, rest and relaxation await you. The beach crossing is only a few meters. Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV (satellite), DVD player, stereo compact system with CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, south-facing balcony with a beautiful view over the dike towards the sea. Open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and blackout curtain. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Hallway with wardrobe, mirror and cabinet in the entrance area. Parking space and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit behind the house available. Bicycle storage, communal washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement of the house. Free WiFi (in preparation) .The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wunderschöne Natur in ruhiger Lage

Saubere und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Tabs, Spüli, Geschirrrtuch alles da). Man muss die Beschreibung genau lesen: 15 Meter bis zum Strandübergang. Von dort dann noch etwa 500(?) Meter zum Strand. Aber durch schöneste Natur von singenden Vögeln begleitet. Strand ist super!
