Studio-Appartement, 40m² Gefallen: Lage Nicht gefallen: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Keine Check-in-Info per Email Für Schlüssel-und WLan Code waren zwei Telefonate mit Vermieter vor Ort notwendig Eingangsbereich abends dunkel, da Außenlampe defekt Größe Appartement gemessen nur 30m² (incl.Terr.34m²) statt der angegebenen 40m². Eine gemeinsame Terrassen-und Zugangsfläche für zwei Appartements. Unterkunft: Ausstattung der Wohneinheit nicht wie bei Expedia angegeben: z.B. keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, keine Kosmetik/Toilettenartikel (bis auf 1 Rolle Klopapier), keinen Safe, keinen Feuerlöscher, kein Erster-Hilfe-Kasten, kein Grill. Im beengten Wohn-Schlafraum (22.63m²) wurden sichtbar abgestellt ein Staubsauer, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer und 4 Gartenstuhlauflagen. Kein Platz für Koffer. Schwer zu öffnende Kleiderschrankschübe. Wände und Decken mit unschönen Rissen und Gebrauchspuren, überall Spinnweben und Spinnen, verstaubte Sockelleisten. Zu wenig Steckdosen, zu wenig Ablageflächen im Bad, kein Klopapierhalter. 1 Duschhandtuch und 2 kleine Handtücher pro Person/Aufenthalt. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Der Preis für die Unterkunft bewegt sich im gehobenen Preissektor (1.133€/5T), bietet aber nicht die angegebenen u. angemessenen Leistungen. Als gravierend irreführend sehen wir die Angabe der Appartementgröße. Falls die m² Angabe eine Terrassenfläche anteilig nach WoFlV (1/4=4m²) beinhaltet, müsste dies transparent angegeben werden.

Das Ferienhaus ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Bis zur Innenstadt St. Peter-Dorf sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und der Deich am Südstrand ist gleich um die Ecke.
