Let me start by saying the place wasn't awful but it certainly was not what I was expecting for a v r b o. Very little was provided for a 10 day stay. A couple of bars of soap, a microwave, a fridge and some shampoo doesn't cut it for that length of time. At least they had a laundry. The place was tiny , actually a unit that was cut in half, with only a small bedroom and a bath. Okay for a weekend not a week or two stay. We arrived at 2:00 for a 4:00 check-in without a room number or lock code. I emailed the owner and waited. Finally I asked what room I was going to get so I could park close by, sat there looking at my vacant room for an hour before he sent me the code at 3 minutes to 4, ridiculous. As I said the place was tiny, no couch, appliances, nothing but a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
The floors were filthy and the place needs some work. We had to place the groceries we bought on the floor because all you had was a small little table that held the coffee pot. It had some good qualities, the pool was nice (but only had one umbrella to avoid the sun), the laundry was free and they provided beach chairs for the 2 minute walk to the beach. For half a hotel room in size, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. It's not a VRBO type place. More like half a motel 6.
