What a great spot for the price. I have been going to Clearwater Beach for many years and I have always paid much higher costs. This place was the best value per the location. Not in downtown but very close to walk to at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely go back.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location- could easily walk to do anything- a nice simple walk across the street to hangout on the beach. Room was tiny but perfect for two people. Clean and check in and communication with property manager was super easy.

Very Disappointing

The photos make it seem like you have a view and there is not a view. It says that there is a balcony and there is not a balcony. The room had a lot of dirt on the floor. It was way over priced for a single room with nothing but a bed in it. I asked about ESPN and the owner never responded. I felt this room was more for high school kids trying to hanging out and not for someone that was taking his wife away for their anniversary.

Great location; smaller than I expected

It was nice. The bed was sufficient for a one-night stay but I wouldn’t sleep more than once on it if I can help it. The space was overall a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures, but again, it was nice. The property was clean and parking was ample.

Perfect little spot for beach access

Clean, updated place, a ton of communication from the owner with restaurant recommendations etc. Check in and out were effortless. I'd call it a "no frills" property, no kitchen etc. but the mini fridge and microwave make it just fine for quick meals. Its about a 2-3 min walk across the street to a public beach access. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, Speedway is a 5 min walk.

Clearwater was a perfect vacation.

The room was very comfortable and just enough for my husband and I. If I stay in clearwater again I will opt for a room with a kitchenette. The beach access is literally 1 minute across the street. We watched the sunset every night. They were breath-taking. Overall this experience was wonderful. As far as dining on the beach Sekushi was the best food and deal. The chef does an amazing job. If you can take a little 30 minute ride to St. Pete, do yourself a favor and stop by mazarros italian spot. By far the highlight of the day in St.Pete. It was insane and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back and will 100 percent stay here again.

Property was clean, convenient to beach and a nice walk down to the main strip. Would definitely stay again just upgrade the size of room/rooms we chose. Also dog friendly, expect dogs to bark some!

This room and the complex were the perfect beach motel/studio apartment equipped with all the essentials for a good beach trip. Antoni was able to quickly respond and have our AC unit be quickly fix within the first few hours he was aware of our issue. Would come back again!

Wonderful stay!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is top-notch. It's super close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is clean and Antoni will answer right away if you need him for anything. The grounds are kept clean and the parking is very close to the entrance. Walking my dog was also very easy.

Couples Getaway

We stayed in a small studio that was tasteful, clean, and well appointed. The toaster was a nice bonus. The pool area was great. The location was great for walking to the beach, restraurants, excursions, etc. Will recommend and stay again!

Not the best, but affordable with some perks

Unfortunately my stay here had to be cut short due to a pest issue - I guess this could happen anywhere that is open to the outside but it was pretty gross. Antoni was responsive initially but couldn't offer much to help right away and I ended up having trouble with the refund request, so communication could have been better. Essentially the set up is like a motel with a pool but no staff/office is available on site for issues. Self-check in is easy, they provide beach towels, furniture is updated, there are beach chairs available for use, and the beach is a very very close walk and very nice, so it has some up-sides, but in the future I would stay elsewhere.
