Nice stay nice area

We had a great stay. The resort is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to the busier end of Clearwater Beach. The pool area was nice as well. I thought the pool was way too warm, but better heated than not at all. The beach on this end of Clearwater is much less crowded, which we appreciated. The beach is also dog friendly. Our room was not the Ritz for sure, but it was adequate and clean, if a bit dated. We had plenty of towels and enough staple items for a few days. The kitchen was a little light on silverware, etc., but it was fine for 2 of us. Massive TV! The main drawback was that our room was in a section of the resort that had rooms facing eachother 10-15 feet away. With the curtains open, you could see right into your neighbor's. Everyone kept their curtains closed, which was weird and dark. Other than that, it was great, we'd definitely stay there again!

Met all the criteria

The unit had everything we needed, and was located steps from the beach. Quick easy access to the beach. ! The property manager was helpful supplying information about the area and very responsive. Pool water is warm and lovely too. Nice ambiance around the pool at night. Safe and secure place to stay too.

Great location

Everything was within walking distance! The pool was really nice! I wish the bathroom had hooks for drying towels. I think next time I’ll get those suction cup hooks you can take on and off for drying wet bathing suits and towels. We spent 3 days here and wished we had more time. We will definitely be looking to come back. Live music is in most restaurants both for lunch and dinner. Convenient parking to our unit was really appreciated. We came in Sept after Labor Day. It’s a much better time to come than July like we did last year. Less traffic less people on the beach and easy to get into restaurants. Wish I had seen this VRBO last year. Affordable for what we needed.

Disappointment

Air Conditioner could not keep up with hot weather. Went up to 81 degrees when sunny. Antoni had repair electricians come but the unit still went up over 80 degrees during the day and it took 6-8 hours to get down into the 70's. Antoni did offer us a comp in Bellair but we had friends we were meeting in Clearwater. Everything else was good except for the A/C issue.

Antoni was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Such an easy walk to the beach and we didn’t need our car to go to the shops and restaurants. We arrived early and were able to park on the property well before check in and enjoy the beach and pool. Would stay here again!

Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Needs a little TLC. The dishwasher was out of order, the kitchen chairs were wobbly and it could use a second sofa or a more comfortable chair in the living room.

Clearwater Beach Get a way

The property was great for our quick stay at Clearwater Beach. It was very clean and we found it exactly as it was listed. Check in was easy, the door code was sent to us shortly before we were to check in. It was so nice to be able to park our rental car at the unit. The walk to the beautiful beach was a very quick 2 blocks. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants that we visited. Great selection of places to eat. And the host very kindly sent us some nice recommendations. We appreciated the beach chairs that were available for us to use. This was our first trip to Clearwater Beach and we already are planning to come back.

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay here. It was a 2 minute walk from the beach, it was so affordable, and it was enough space for two couples. We had the best time. We used the pool, loved the free laundry facility, as well as the chairs we could borrow from the shed, and the corn hole. We would totally return again!!!

Beautiful place, the best place at Clearwater Beach to spend with your family.. 1 min a walk to the most beautiful beach. Parking right at your rental. All 1-stories, no one above/below you. Perfect! Walk to the best restaurants in minutes. Five stars. On everything. There is on-site staff available as well. Wonderful!!
