The perfect Clearwater Beach getaway!

This unit was exactly as pictured. Their team had the place super clean/spotless. This is very important to us. It was exactly what we needed, nothing more nothing less. The location was perfect. Easy access with a few minute walk, in our opinion, to the best part of Clearwater Beach. A lot of great people around, but nothing was too crowded. Also extremely close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Others staying in Monaco units were friendly, helpful, and shared common interests. The process of checking in/out was very straightforward with no surprises. Communications with Antoni were timely and helpful. He definitely goes out of the way to make it a more enjoyable stay by sharing his favorites for dining, options with cost savings incentives, and excellent ideas for trip in general.Wish we had more time there!We will be back with friends and family.
We enjoyed our food from the island way grill
 but honestly, there are so many great places to eat there in Clearwater Beach.

Mom and Daughter Girls Trips

Overall, the trip was amazing! It's a great town and the apartment was conveniently located to the beach and close enough to everything, that you could walk without being in the middle of the populated parts of town. My daughters loved the large living space, and the sofa was their favorite comfy spot. The property managers were great at getting a hold of us when there was a concern and making any accommodations as needed. The only thing that I found to be a little difficult was in getting additional supplies (like toliet paper or paper towels) if needed and knowing the front office's open hours. Second to that, the pool was the only place where we seemed to get bitten by mosquitos, but with a quick walk to the beach right there, it wasn't a big concern. It is a great place and I would gladly recommend.

It was as stated, very minimal stuff to start. No dishwashing pods or liquids. Only a couch for three to sit on in living room. No place to put toiletries in bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to beach and downtown. It was affordable. The pool was good. Grocery store 5 min drive away. We had a good trip.

Location is fantastic, I would stay again just for that! The room could use some upgrade on the amenities. Felt a bit like a college apartment, the pots and pans were used and abused hand-me downs. They are some kitchen essentials that were not provided like a bottle opener, baking sheet, and the roasting pan was very dirty. The decor was mis-matched and a bit childish. Sofa was comfy but stained. The neighboring room had a more modern sofa that did not look comfortable so I was happy with ours. An additional chair in the living room and a cabinet under the TV would spruce it up. We didn't notice in the listing that the TV was streaming only but the staff was helpful in getting it going for us. There was a lack of space in the bathroom for toiletries with only the pedestal sink, add more shelves and hooks throughout. There was a musty smell to the room which can be typical in FL but there could be unseen mold, professional vent cleaning would help. Not intended to be a negative review just some suggestions.

Property was exactly as described. Shops and restaurants are within walkable distances. Antoni was very communicative with great instructions and recommendations. Best of all, access to the beach truly was an easy 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

I went to relax and it was the best. Lovely room for my sister and myself. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, the pool was quiet and very nice. Plenty of towels. I could live in that apartment. Took two of us in or sixties 5 minutes to walk to the beach witch could not be nicer. This is my 5th year staying here and they have made super improvements. Will be back sooner than later. Thank you so much.

Perfect!

I booked this very last minute and I could have have gotten luckier! The building is a cool looking 60s motel on the outside, and fresh and clean on the inside. We were able to enjoy the beach since it was North of the hotels and it was not crowded. The pool was the perfect temperature. I loved being in a quieter part of town but still close enough to walk to the pier area. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fab February getaway

We enjoyed staying in this two bedroom apartment while in Clearwater beach. It was clean, great location, literal steps from the beach, shops, restaurants. Although we had no additional needs, the host was very communicative with us via email and encouraged us to reach out with any needs. We will definitely be back.

Weekend stay

The property is an older property that has clearly been refurbished. The result is a really nice space that is well equipped and comfortable. It is a short distance from the restaurants and bars in Clearwater Beach, and a short walk from the white sand beach itself.
