Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We rented both A3 and A4 units for one week for our large family (7 adults and 6 children). The layout for each unit was great, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a garage to park our car in and out of the heat. Each unit also had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to take it all across the street to the beach. The beach access was easy and quick to get there. The kitchens were equiped with everything we needed during our stay (but would suggest adding a muffin pan to the bakeware items for the kitchen). I did call on the day we arrived and reported the elevator was not working. Because it was not an emergency, and it was a weekend, I was toldno service was able to come make repairs until Monday. I sent a second request, and also reported an ant problem in both units. We never received a response from the host for either issue. If the elevator doesn't work, it shouldn't be advertised. I would also suggest a routine pest/insect exterminator to take care of the ants. The small pool offered for the two units was actually shared by the whole complex, so it was not used by our family due to it's limited space.
