Rented this for my daughter’s bachelorette party weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as advertised—beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for all of our guests. The location couldn’t have been better, making it the perfect spot for a fun and memorable weekend!

Brilliant Stay on the Beach

We stayed for 5 day's, house was amazing, loads of space and high quality furnishings. Backed right onto the beach. Kids loved the pool and hammock. Rachel & Rhonda were great hosts, responded quickly to any requests. Would definitely stay again.

Hurricane stay

Had a great experience aside from hurricane Ian making a stop in. Property manager was great keeping us informed as information came in and he did his best to get us what we needed before evacuations started. Overall a great spot on a quiet part of the beach. Would stay here again.

A great beach rental

The house and pool were great for our family of 12. Location was great, and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the balconies and enjoyed the extra space. The house was nicely furnished and comfortable. I recommend brightening the bedroom lighting and adding additional silverware and glassware in the kitchen. The property manager responded promptly to our questions and concerns.

This home is plenty big enough at accommodate a larger family. Great access to the beach especially with small children. The house was in need of some repair as far as cosmetic works. Found several lights were in need of new bulbs one bathroom only had one bulb that worked in bathroom, Internet was also had to work and couldn’t even get it to work in one of the bedrooms. I’d give this house a 4 star

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was a great house in a great location! Balconies with pool views and easy access to the super beach. The pool was lovely. There were lots of amenities. The kids loved the ping pong table. Beach chairs and beach cart were welcome surprises. The kitchen was fully equipped and lovely. We enjoyed the ease of walking to several restaurants as well. Overall, the house is a true gem. I did have to clean the outdoor area upon arrival and the lighting is a bit hard to figure out. The rental company was responsive to questions and easy to work with.

Our own private tropical island

This rental was everything we expected it to be. It offered a great location directly on a mostly private beach. The home was stocked with everything we needed for use in the home along with what we needed for outside the home such as beach chairs, umbrella's beach toys, fishing poles and even a cooler. We also contributed to the beach inventory by leaving some new surf boards, goggles, toys and floats. I would rebook this home without hesitation. We are already looking forward to the next trip. Nice but dated

Not enough lighting, pool had debris in it, lots of switches that didn't seem to work, bathrooms all good, kitchen good, grill didn't work well. Place was pretty dated. We enjoyed it, but it was not 5 stars. Pretty good though.

I was disappointed the out door kitchen wasn’t working as pictured. Also, I had to fold towels left in the dryer and I had to wash towels left in the washer. The drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair but my son in law cleaned it. Other than that it was fantastic!!!

Beautiful home

This property is beautiful. There is an abundance of space for a big family to sprawl out. The views of the ocean are incredible. The only disappointment was the red tide. There were dead fish in the water and all over the beach. Our family developed coughs from this. We could not spend time on the beach and this is why we chose this property. Red tide should be a disclosed statement in the rental property description as a possibility. We would not have chosen this location had we been made aware.

Incredible beach location

This property was in an incredible location on the beach. Walking distance to places and also 25 steps from the beach. Super awesome. Only a few houses on the beach especially this great size that was also private enough. The pool and amount of house space was amazing!!! Also walking distance to grocery store. The only complaint was there was not any dish soap and the dishwasher wasn’t working to clean adequately when heading out. There also wasn’t many cups, plates, etc. The rooms were clean and organized. Per night price was more for the location than anything. The house inside was nice but needed some updates. All around amazing stay with 10 other friends! Would recommend for location and house size.

House was like a worn down Jersey Shore motel. Furniture was soiled, uncomfortable, broken, mix matched. Fell into ‘holes’. Missing blinds throughout the property, in particular the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Leaving it wide open to the neighbors. Stained linens in other rooms. Lighting in the entire house was a mix match of soft light and bright white, even in the room. Missing light bulbs, lights not working in the upstairs hallways. Door to the bathroom in the hallway didn’t close. No hand soaps in the bathrooms. Bed was terrible in the master. Felt like a hard trampoline. TVs in the entire house didn’t work or were very hard to even get to work. Palm trees blocked view from upstairs balcony’s. No fire pit as advertised. Pool was not heated. And constantly lost water. I had to put the hose in the pool every day because it was loosing so much water somewhere. Rugs throughout are worn and dirty with stains in the hallway upstairs. Hot tub was not a hot tub. And to top it off, the property was sold while we were renting and inspectors had to come through. It was obvious the previous owners did not give a crap about the property anymore. Overall terrible experience.
