Our entire experience with this house was amazing. Great communication by host made check in/out a breeze. Layout of house and cleanliness was amazing. Loved the golf cart and only used our car once the 4 days we were here. Already thinking about returning with kids.

This was our 4th time staying here. The house feels like home. Spacious warm and inviting.The backyard is beautiful . We spent everyday in the pool and hot tub enjoying the view! Location is very close to all restaurants and beach.

Florida Paradise!

This was our 4th trip down to IRB and one of our favorite houses so far. We have 2 boys that absolutely loved the pool. The hot tub was a great extra. The house had more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a little further from the beach than we normally stay but with the golf cart it was no big deal. Our only request would be to have a few more bath towels and wash clothes available. We had to wash towel multiple times. Overall we loved this house and will definitely book this house again.

Was all great just one thing we wished our dock wasn’t broken so we could have kayak. We felt that it was to risky and unsafe to be on it. And had looked forward to the dock being a part of our stay.

Great house and location!

Loved the location. Watched the dolphins over morning coffee from the back yard. Just minutes from the beach. Zipping around in the golf cart was fun. Hot tub and pool was relaxing. Definitely be back!

Beautiful Coastal Retreat

This property is fantastic! It is well appointed with lovely, comfortable furnishings and well stocked with everything you would want to enjoy a leisurely escape. The patio and pool are gorgeous and the property is very private. We kayaked out from the dock toward the Gulf each day, exploring barrier islands and wildlife. The first morning while I was out two dolphins criss-crossed under my boat and followed along with me for about 20 minutes! The home is also very near public beach access and there are several wonderful restaurants nearby. We loved the putting green in the front yard and the arcade game and fuseball tables in the great room! There is also a golf cart available for use, two kayaks and two paddle boards. We did have a maintnance issue come up during our stay, but the management company responded immediately and had a workman out to take care of it. Check-in and check-out were seamless and simple so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves! I have literally already looked to book another reservation! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Superb

3rd time staying at this beautiful home on the intracoastal. Home is inviting and spacious. Spent most days in the backyard enjoying the heated pool, and hot tub. The view is awesome . Neighborhood quiet and very close to all restaurants and beach ! Can’t wait to return next year .

Birthday Weekend

15th Birthday weekend ... very nice home, lots of stuff to do at the house - foosball, paddle boarding, a little round of golf in the front yard. Close to the beach, local restaurants and the beach all easily accessible with the golf cart. Pool and hot tub were nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend even with the tropical storm coming through. We really liked it and would book this home again.

Week at the beach!

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in IRB. We saw dolphins off the dock, several times! We loved our week at this property. The house and pool were both very clean. The beach is a short golf cart ride away with plenty of parking. Make sure you take in a sunset, on the beach and some ice cream at IRB Creamery. We can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary Getaway

The home was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. We were back into town to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our close friends and family. The pool was always the perfect temperature and sunsets were very nice to watch floating around. The only gripe we had was the sugar ants completely covered our anniversary cake when it was in the kitchen, making it inedible.

Wonderful vacation rental

This was our second year staying at this beautiful home. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to all the great restaurants and beach. The backyard is our favorite part of the home with the heated pool and spa. We spent most afternoons just lounging . So peaceful to be on the water. Home is nicely decorated and very cozy. Master bath was renovated and has a great shower. We hope to be back next year!

Peaceful and relaxing home

Spacious home, functional and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating, but could use a few end tables and lamps. Early morning coffee in the front yard oasis was my favorite time of day. The neighbors waved and said hi even though they had unwelcoming yard signs about vaccination rentals. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus. Great area, close to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect home away from home

The property is spacious and full of great amenities. The boys loved fishing off the dock and the girls lounged in the pool. The beach is close by too with a short golf cart ride. Home has lots of space to spread out. We would definitely return to this beautiful well-kept home. The area has lots of restaurants to choose from too. It’s not as busy as Clearwater so that was a plus for our family.

Great spot on the water

The property is beautiful, it is exactly as pictured. There is a dock we were able to fish off of and pull up a boat. Great little cove area. The house is great for entertaining large families. The area is a bit away from restaurants and public beaches, so you will need to drive.

Great property

The house was perfect for our family of four. My daughter wanted to hang by the pool and my son likes to fish. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great shape and it was very convenient to have them at the house. The neighbors do not like having short term renters (per the signs in their yards) but they didn't say or do anything to show it. We ordered groceries easily and had several meals delivered with Doordash although there was plenty of cookware in the home. Would recommend to a small family and also would stay here again. Very clean.

Family vacation 2023

Had a wonderful time. House was located in a nice neighborhood and the golf cart made accessing the beach super easy. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Only issue we had was hot tub did not work first night but they had it fixed by the next day. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a lovely time😎
