Love the location at the marina and so close Dunnedin downtown, so walkable and lovely, and to the bike paved trail. Modern and tasteful decoration and furniture. Very happy choice. Supernice staff.

This is an older property, but you wouldn't notice because the staff keeps it in excellent condition, the room was spotless, the full breakfast was very good, the pool was super clean, and the rooms face the bay, and the price of the room was very affordable! Absolutely would stay again!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of alternatives. Hotel is in very good shape for a 60's era facility that has been updated nicely with the exception of only one small elevator for the 2nd floor. Great location for all that Dunedin has to offer with most walking accessible, including the pinellas trail for biking and hiking. The yacht harbor is just across the parking lot. We would stay again!

This is an older hotel but kept super clean and the location and charm make us for the age! We sat on bay side and watched dolphins swim just feet away! I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was a great place to stay and in walking distance of multiple dining choices and plenty of shops. There was a park with a playground in walking distance for any travelers with children (which we did). The staff was very friendly, and the entire property was kept really clean.

The location for access to downtown Dunedin is unmatched. The pool was nice, and surprisingly heated which you don’t always find at a Florida hotel pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The only negative is the layout. Although they have a side of the hotel right on the water, the rooms don’t have windows or balconies facing that direction. Definitely a weird architectural choice.
