This amazing, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at The Caprice. Welcome to a prime location on St. Pete Beach near all restaurants, bars, live entertainment, shopping and activities that the beach always has to offer! There are so many upgrades in this cool and tastefully decorated place! The gorgeous, bright and fully equipped kitchen has custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area features a a large flat screen TV, a comfortable newer sectional and tile floors. Sliding doors open up to the nicely furnished beach front balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Both, the main and the guest bedroom feature King sized beds with luxurious gel infused memory foam mattresses and flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled with beautiful wall tiles, custom cabinets with granite countertops. New walk in shower in the main bath and bath tub/shower condo in the guest bath. All of this sitting on miles of white beach to explore!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

This unit was great and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels, etc. There was not a dresser or anyplace to really store clothing in one of the bedrooms. The tv's all had basic cable and you could not login to any streaming apps. The beach was shut down during our entire stay and we were not told this in advance. It was extremely disappointing. The grounds could use a little TLC and in the pictures there is shuffleboard, which we were really looking forward to, and that was nowhere to be found. But the unit itself is great and you can walk to several restaurants.

Lovely condo on the beach with balcony and beautiful view of entire St Pete Beach coast. Nice pool. This unit had some beach chairs and umbrellas. Pay laundry room was available. Two shared grills. Walk to restaurants. Right next to Paradise Grill. Bring a beach towel .

iI spoke with Jonathan finch this morning when. I returned the keys and advised the refrigerator was not cooling on our first day so we lost an estimated 100 in food and had to resort to eating out instead. He advised to email this for a credit on a future stay Please advise. We also spoke of a few things noticed in room that were broke and he said it was ok and wouldn’t not be charged. - window shutter in kitchen, bedroom closet light fixture plastic cover and one of the chairs on the back porch had damage but we just didn’t use it Other than. That it was absolutely beautiful. We are locals so it was a nice getaway with such great amenities views and so many things were so close Highly recommend and reasonable. It was just what we

The property was in a great location. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The beach area had a food and drink spot that was great. The beach chairs were nice to have. We had to evacuate due to a fire alarm one morning and that wasn’t fun, but everything ended up being okay.

The condo was perfect but the building could benefit from an ice machine on sight. Having to use a key to open gate to get onto and off of the beach was a little much when you have a load of beach gear with you. Parking was super tight so rent small vehicle. It was another couple and my husband and I all in our 50's.

We had a perfect stay at Caprice #306. Fantastic location: close to everything we may have needed. On the beach: quick walk to the beach and the 2 coves behind the building offered awesome ocean views in a calmer setting. Great pool: the water was clean and comfortable, plenty of tables and chairs. Our condo had a kitchen equipped to prepare 3 meals a day for a week. Comfortable beds and sitting area. The balcony has a beautiful view. Simple and easy check in and check out. Responsive & attentive owners. We have this on our list of places to return to!!
