This apartment was perfect. It was within walking distance of the beach. Very clean well kept had a nice outside sitting area had a place outback where you could hang a wet suit up. Parking was excellent could not have asked for a nicer host for this property. Will be planning another trip there within the next couple of years.

We stayed at this property during our trip to Madeira Beach, and while we still enjoyed our vacation overall, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized we had never been sent the code to access the property. We tried calling the property manager multiple times but were sent straight to voicemail. Thankfully, we were eventually able to guess the passcode ourselves, which honestly was not very comforting. We also didn’t hear back from the property manager for about two and a half hours after arriving.The cleanliness was also questionable. The first utensil we pulled from the drawer still had a gooey residue on it and clearly had not been cleaned properly. On top of that, I was repeatedly bitten by something throughout the stay, which we now suspect may have been bed bugs. None of these issues completely ruined our trip, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here .

Super cute condo that was very conveniently located to the beach (literally right across the street) and walkable to restaurants. Loved the on site parking. It was very easy to check in and communication with James was very quick and responsive. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This was a nice little place, just across the street from the beach. We stayed in the middle unit. Pro’s:-super clean-appreciated the 100% cotton towels- full kitchen- beach access-towels for the beach- air conditioning in each room-easy check in. He even let us check in early since the house cleaners were done. Con’s:- there was a decent opening between the front door and the floor. The first night I saw a giant bug scurry across the floor and am pretty sure it came from outside. It would have been nice to have some sort of barrier there. - it’s an older building and the walls are thin. There was a (locked and bolted) door between my bedroom and the other unit and I could hear them and their light came through the door cracks. Fortunately, the people next door were considerate and didn’t have the tv on too late and were pretty quiet. If they were loud it would have been a long night. For people who are really picky the above could make the stay not so great, but if the above wouldn’t bother you, and you want to stay at a cozy, super clean, right near the beach, affordable place that provides beach towels, then this is a great place. For those of you curious about the beds, they seem to be firm memory foam. For me, it didn’t work great because I don’t weigh enough to make the mattress shape around me, but it worked well for the person with me. But I still slept fairly well on it. It didn’t over heat like memory foam can- which is super helpful in FL weather.

Location was excellent! I was able to walk to John's Pass and to the beach across the street in no time. Having off street parking right there was nice. Apartment was clean when when we got there and we had plenty of room for the two of us. We had some issues with the wifi, but it all got worked out. Overall, a great place to stay for the weekend.

The place was clean. The location was great for the beach and so close to St. John’s pass for shopping. Only complaint was we felt like the door needed a dead bolt because we felt the lock wasn’t secure as we would have liked. Also keep in mind this rental is part of a complex and the walls are thin. For the price this place was good for our needs. Host was good at answering questions. Would stay here again.

The outside of the property (large wooden fence) seemed a bit sketch like we weren't sure what we signed up for as we arrived late but rest assured this place is safe, quiet, comfortable and all around a great find at an affordable price!!

This cozy home was perfect for our stay. We had some hiccups with having to drive due to a cancelled flight and not getting in until 6 AM, but Jim was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed to check-in before our arrival. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, though it wasn’t very needed as the weather was beautiful. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. We will be coming back for sure!

Has a few issues

They property is in a great location and it is easy to get to the beach. It is clean and has plenty of room for 3 people. The issues I had were that they only provide 3 towels for the whole stay. This would be OK if there was a way to wash them. Also, the internet is horrible. It works about 5-10 minutes out of every 45 minutes or so. So you can't use the internet and the TV only runs off the internet, so this means no TV.

I was very pleased with my stay in this unit! The space was clean with a very nice, updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and the location was phenomenal! It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk right there. We walked to get ice cream, walked to Johns Pass, walked to breakfast. No need for a rental car! I will definitely be staying here again! Only negative was no washer and dryer, so bring plenty of clothes.
