Very comfortable stay here. Crew was accommodating. Love the free fresh hot cookies. Elevators need work. They were very slow or broken part of our stay. Overall I would stay here again. Loved that it was right on the beach!

The only thing i didn't like was paying 25 dollars a day for parking. I thought that this should have been more forthcoming in booking the stay. Its honestly a scam. But other than that my overall stay was a 4 star.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay and we absolutely loved every second! The double tree really made that experience 5 star for us! The only complaint I have are the hidden security deposit of $525 at check in! Nothing in the fine print did it mention anything about a security deposit! So that wasn’t a fun surprise! But that’s on Expedias end not the hotel I get it! But still not cool! For that I won’t use this app anymore!

Lovely property and location. Clean facility, great bed and bedding! Very nice staff. My only caveat is all the costly extras. Why charge your customers $25 nightly to park in a garage that is long paid for? Then there is the $40 daily charge to use a beach lounger and the $14-$15 breakfast choices whether they are a full egg and meat breakfast or just a dish of yogurt or fruit. To me it's petty, so, charge a reasonable room rate and don't nickel and dime your customers for every single thing.

Property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are descent sized and the view is breath taking. Staff is friendly and nice. There is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was sooo good! There is also a bar than serves a variety of drinks and a Starbucks on site. Things to keep in mind as you book here: - parking is not free, it’s $25 per day - there’s a fee to rent an umbrella and chairs, it’s not free, but you can bring your own. - there is no coffee in common areas throughout the day like all the other hotels.
