We rented the place for our 25th anniversary vowel renewal for the whole family. This place was perfect. We had enough room for us all. Perfect for kids as there were gates keeping the kids away from the pool and fences to keep us all together and kids confined. The hotel was right across the street where we performed our vowel renewal so perfect location. Katie was super nice and helpful and very quick to respond and answer any question. Definitely 5 stars

We just wrapped up our second annual stay here with a group of 21 guys for our company team-building trip, and once again, it exceeded every expectation.The host is absolutely fantastic — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Managing a group our size isn’t easy, but they handled it effortlessly.The property itself is perfect for a large group. Having the entire 11-room hotel gives us space to spread out while still being together. It creates the ideal balance for connection, conversation, and downtime.The purpose of our trip is team building, and this place provides the perfect environment for it. We fished every single day, shared meals, laughed a lot, and created memories that will strengthen our team for years to come. The local restaurants and businesses in the area were excellent as well — great food and great service everywhere we went.We had such a great experience that we’ve already booked the entire property again for next year.If you’re considering this property for a large group, retreat, or special gathering — don’t hesitate. It’s a 10/10 experience.We can’t wait to come back.

Great property

We did the take over for wedding guests, and had a blast. The property is clean and has so many amenities to help make it special. The rooms are nice, especially the recently renovated rooms. It really made the stay special, all of us being together. We would stay there again in a hot second.

Awesome Property!

I hosted a 4 day, 50th Birthday Party for my husband at this 11 unit property. We did a “Take Over” and rented the whole place out! We were able to have friends and family come and everyone had their own units with full sized refrigerators / Keurig / microwaves / toasters / kitchen amenities and some even had stoves, etc. We didn’t use it, but there is also a gas grill and grilling utensils. Katie was so easy to work with and very flexible. The pool was amazing and cleaned regularly during our stay. The whole property was clean and well organized with all the comforts of home. There are lots of restaurants close by, an ice cream place across the street and a Circle K next door to get ice / drinks, etc. It’s only a short walk to John’s Pass as well. Publix offers grocery delivery but is also very close if you want to walk there. The soft sand beach is right across the street with easy access and plenty of local rental companies for beach wagons, etc. That said, there are a lot of beach items stored at this property that are free to borrow! I can’t say enough good things about this rental and the management / cleaning team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will be back! đŸ’™â˜€ïžđŸ’™

One of a kind experience for large groups

We booked the BBR for a large group of 21 people and I cannot rate the experience high enough. From the time of booking, Katie, the hotel manager was in constant contact with me, was very well organized, and made the entire booking/check in experience as smooth as possible. When we arrived, the property and all of the rooms were in great/clean condition and most seemed like they had recently been renovated. The property itself was perfect with a large communal pool/bbq area and provided a great place for our group to spend time. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of anything we needed so having to deal with ubers was not really an issue. I highly recommend any large group looking to book in Treasure Island to give the BBR a try!

Awesome end to Senior class mission trip

This was the last stop of our senior class trip from Pennsylvania. They had a great time and the location was excellent. They especially enjoyed the ice cream place across the road. Thank you for helping us end on a great note!

Great Experience at Boutique Beach Retreat

Such a unique and fun experience at BBR! Where else can you rent your own personal motel steps from the beach? Katie (property manager) was so responsive and helpful for weeks leading up to our event and the level of service we received while on the property was fantastic. Rooms were clean and stocked with what we needed while the pool and lounge area was spotless upon arrival. I can't say enough great things about this unique spot. It's perfect for a trip with a large group whether that be big families or just friends looking to travel together. Highly recommend!
