Pro; Close to everything and they offer transportation (golf cart) to the beach and near restaurants, vey clean and roomy. Cons; air conditioning goes on and off all night making a a loud noise and waking you up every time

This place sucked . Breakfast was stale and not fresh. Parking was ONLY VALET AND IT WAS 35 BUCKS A NIGHT . Valet parkers were great especially Alex . Stay elsewhere.

They have one SMALL washer which is always busy and filthy. People are fighting over the washer. Beach is 2 blocks away. You have to wake up early to get breakfast. Night staffs are not nice! They don’t even greet you…”hi” “hello””welcome”good evening” nothing! And oh, it’s a vallet parking! I am so disappointed at this Fairfield. I’m not coming back to this place.
